Dr. Awatif Amin Yousef joined the Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 1981. Her research focus is on E-Government, E-Commerce, E-Marketing, Distance Learning and Electronic Education, Evaluating Marketing and Financial Performance of Industrial Medium and Small Projects in KSA , Developing University Curriculums, Marketing Activities, TQM research & ISO, Public Relations and Media, and Communications Skills. Dr Awatif is an active member in associations such as the Saudi Quality Association, Al Faisaliyah Association, Distance Learning Organization, voluntary ‘Saudi Achievements’ work group and is an academic team member of the Jeddah Economic Forum. She is also a Developing & Training Consultant at Arab Expertise House. Dr Yousef has also played a significant role in developing the materials for E-Government & International Marketing for the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education at King Abdulaziz University.
Her research has appeared in journals such as the Egyptian Computer Science Journal (ECS), Journal of New Horizons for Commercial Studies, Journal of Financial and Commercial Studies - Faculty of Commerce - Beni-Suef University, Egypt and the Journal of King Abdulaziz University: Economics and Administration.
