Dr. Shatha Ezzi joined the Faculty of Economics and
Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 1990. Her
research focus is on consumer behavior, the differences in
consumer decision making, cross cultural consumer behavior,
customer satisfaction, and internet marketing. Dr. Ezzi also
has an interest in "Mentoring". She designed, implemented,
and managed a winning proposal from the Ministry of Higher
Education to fund a “Mentoring” training program for twenty
five faculty staff members at the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater in the USA during the summer of 2009.
Next year in 2010, Dr. Ezzi presented a paper in
coordination with Dr. Joe Pascarelli -the President of
International Mentoring Association- “Installing a
University-wide Mentoring Program: The Dynamics of
Co-creating a New System”, at International Mentoring
Association Annual Conference, Orlando, Florida, USA
Dr. Ezzi's research has appeared in journals such as the
Journal of Business Research and Journal of Accounting,
Management, and Insurance.
