Dr. Norizan Mohd Kassim joined the Faculty of Economics and
Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 2012. Her
research focus is on customer relationship management,
service quality, customer satisfaction, and
retention/loyalty, electronic commerce and interactive
marketing, applications of information technology in
marketing and service innovation, cross-cultural studies and
competitiveness of firms.
Her research has appeared in several refereed international
journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Singapore
Management Review, Asia-Pacific Business Review, European
Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Bank
Marketing, Electronic Markets, Services Marketing Quarterly,
Measuring Business Excellence, Asia Pacific Journal of
