Dr. Norizan Mohd Kassim joined the Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 2012. Her research focus is on customer relationship management, service quality, customer satisfaction, and retention/loyalty, electronic commerce and interactive marketing, applications of information technology in marketing and service innovation, cross-cultural studies and competitiveness of firms.

Her research has appeared in several refereed international journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Singapore Management Review, Asia-Pacific Business Review, European Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Electronic Markets, Services Marketing Quarterly, Measuring Business Excellence, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, Journal of Marketing for Higher Education and Procedia - Social and Behavioral Sciences.
